Refund Policy

Refunds will not be processed unless a swimmer fails to pass the swim test at the beginning of the season. Orca Swim Team is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose primary source of income comes from registration fees. While we do do a limited amount of fundraising in order to help supplement the income from registration fees, the bulk of our operating costs are covered by the registration fees from our swim families.
